okrk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the okrk website located at okrk.org, including all products, services, games, wagering, betting, promotions, and any related content offered by okrk (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and okrk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To open and maintain an okrk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not currently self-excluded from okrk or subject to any active account restriction placed by okrk.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an okrk account closed for breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money games, betting markets, and the cashier on okrk, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one okrk account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okrk's fraud detection system continuously monitors for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, all pending bonus winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting applicable processing fees.

KYC Verification Requirements

okrk applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. Before processing any withdrawal, you must successfully complete identity verification by providing:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team to confirm identity, address, or source of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okrk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact okrk support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okrk does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside okrk's control.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.
• okrk reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the source if fraud or AML concerns are identified.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. We may request additional verification documents at any time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by the compliance team.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad — 15 to 30 minutes. Rocket and Upay — up to 1 hour. Bank transfers — up to 1 business day. Times are subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

okrk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagers on games with an RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting the wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times across duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
• okrk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of meeting the wagering requirement will not be retroactively disadvantaged.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, loyalty points, or any other benefit outside of the normal wagering process.
• Cashing out or withdrawing a balance before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Free spins are valid for specified games only. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players, sharing accounts, or coordinating play in a manner designed to circumvent the Platform's terms or game rules.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit or withdrawal systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your use of the Platform would violate applicable local laws.

okrk reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited activity rules. Such determination is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Responsible Gaming

okrk is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and a full self-exclusion programme. Players can activate any of these tools at any time from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the okrk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of okrk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from okrk. Unauthorised use of any okrk intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okrk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. okrk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okrk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. okrk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

9. Amendments to These Terms

okrk reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okrk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Where changes are required urgently (for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to prevent fraud), they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact okrk support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. okrk will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits okrk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
